WHAT WE DO

Our Mission

To build quality retail shopping centers and built-to-suits for national and regional retailers in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. Each site will be between 1-4 acres &/or 5,000 s.f.-30,000 s.f. of building in close proximity to regional malls, power centers or big box retailers & dense in-town markets located on heavily traveled streets.

Our Goals

• build and maintain relationships with retailers and brokers
• construct and/or acquire 4-8 properties per year
• attract highly motivated and qualified development team members to assure continuity in development, property management and asset management
• establish long-term relationships with debt and equity sources
• use prudent underwriting standards in all deals.
