WHO WE ARE

The founders of Pellerin & Salomon Real Estate Services, LLC (P&S), Denis G. Pellerin and Andrew D. Salomon have been involved in commercial real estate cumulatively for over 45 years. In 1999 Denis and Andy formalized their relationship through their first joint retail project together. P&S was incorporated in the State of Georgia in 2002. The company sets itself apart from other retail developers by successfully building on the skill sets of the founders in the areas of site selection, leasing, finance and construction.

Denis G. Pellerin Denis G. Pellerin: Founder/Partner is responsible for the overall development services and management of the Company; Denis has experience in general and executive management, real estate financing, development, planning, construction management, appraisals, property management and asset management. Denis has a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Architecture from the University of Florida, has completed post graduate studies in Urban Design and has a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech. Denis co-founded The Integral Group with Egbert Perry in 1995 and was responsible for over $200 million in commercial and residential real estate projects. Denis also co-developed Park Place South, a $50 million residential project in Midtown Atlanta.
Andrew D. Salomon Andrew D. Salomon: Founder/Partner is responsible for the over all market strategy of each development. Andy has experience in site selection, leasing, marketing and disposition. Andy has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Florida. Andy was the lead partner responsible for leasing at The Shopping Center Group, LLC, and a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis. In 1999 & 2000 Andy’s was ranked the number 3 overall retail broker by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He has leveraged industry relationships to complete deals with retailers such as Publix, Old Navy, Ross, Marshall’s, Border’s, The Fresh Market, Office Max, Petco, Blockbuster, The Men’s Warehouse, Kinko’s, T-Mobile, Washington Mutual, Starbuck’s, Chick-fil-A, Payless, GameStop, Pearle Vision, Supercuts, Panda Express, Great Clips, Applebee’s and Ritz Camera.
Andrea Kenney: Vice President of Leasing is responsible for the stabilization of the retail portfolio through efficient leasing and marketing initiatives. Andrea has over 25 years of experience in many facets of the local, regional and national commercial real estate industry. Andrea played an integral role in the creation and growth of RetailSouth Development, LLC and Collins Goodman Properties, Inc., two regional developers based out of Atlanta. Andrea was with JDN Realty Corporation, a publicly traded REIT, from 1997 - 2003, serving as the Vice President, Director of Leasing from 1999 - 2003. There she was responsible for the leasing of over 100 shopping centers, located in 22 states, consisting of over 11.3 million square feet. These centers generated over $97.5 million in annual gross revenue and held an asset value of over $1.1 billion. Prior to this time, Andrea was a senior leasing associate with Branch Properties, LLC/Regency Realty Corporation and with Lavista Associates, Inc. from 1988 - 1995, providing both leasing and marketing support. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, from which she holds a SCLS (Senior Certified Leasing Specialist) designation and has qualified multiple years for the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, including receiving the Top 5 Award and currently holds her Real Estate Broker's License. Andrea graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and in Sociology.
Philippe J. Pellerin: Manager is responsible for project management of Commercial and Residential Projects. Philippe's day to day focus is the management of Residential Projects primarily funded through Federal Programs such as the Neighborhood Stabilization and HOME Programs and ensuring compliance with governmental authorities on these projects. Philippe continues to work on commercial projects through ground up development of in-town sites. Philippe holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Administration from Florida International University and is pursuing a Master's of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University's Robinson College of Business. Philippe is involved with many industry, educational and other real estate affiliated organizations in the Atlanta area.
Matt Berrell: Associate is responsible for the overall management of the commercial portfolio and is heading up the Tenant Commitment Program. Matt brings an extensive background in Commercial HVAC. Initially, Matt worked for Atlanta contractor Bardi Mechanical as a project manager, overseeing projects from retail construction to large engineered application projects in the school and government markets. More recently, Matt was a Commercial Territory Manager for Lennox Industries in the Atlanta area. His specialty was centered on small commercial and industrial applications. Matt received a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and completed a Master's in Business Administration at Georgia State University.
Marcia Moser: Associate is responsible for the property management of the company’s asset portfolio. Marcia handles all Tenant issues from the time of possession, through build-out and during the duration of their lease. She is also responsible for the Lease Administration, Tenant Communications, and Coordination between other Divisions (Leasing, Project Management, and Accounting). In addition, Marcia approves vendors, proposals and payables that affect Common Area Maintenance. Prior to working for P&S, Marcia spent five years with Inland Southern Management Corp as a Regional Property Manager. Marcia holds a State of Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License.
Jennifer Roe: Associate is responsible for the overall Office Management, Human Resource Department and serves as Executive Assistant. Prior to joining Pellerin & Salomon, Jennifer was an Executive Assistant to three executives at The Shopping Center Group. She also managed The GreenTree Day Spa and worked for Einhorn Yaffee Prescott Architecture & Engineering. Jennifer's managerial and business experience brings innovative solutions that deliver results for the entire team.
Virginia Upton: Associate is responsible for the day-to-day accounting/bookkeeping responsibilities, as well as various administrative functions. Her extensive work experience includes working as a bookkeeper for property management companies, an assistant in an accounting firm, and an Executive Assistant for a Fortune 500 corporation. Virginia has also owned and operated a business in the Atlanta area for several years. She is the Company resource for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and maintains the financial records for our ever-growing business.
